Information we hold

Our server records the pages you open, the time and a cookie named "sr_ab" that remembers which call box you saw first. When you tap a phone number or use the state rules tool, we record that it happened and on which page. We do not record what you choose inside the tool.

The state shown on the site comes from the region of your internet connection. It is stored in your browser only, and you can change it any time.

When you send the quote form

The form sends your state, ZIP code, the reason on your notice, whether you own a car and your mobile number. We pass it to a licensed insurance agent or agency that quotes and files SR-22s in your state, so they can call or text you about your request.

Calls

When you call, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time, so the call reaches a licensed agent.

Do Not Sell My Info

Passing a quote request to a licensed agent can count as a a data sale or share under laws like the CCPA. To opt out, email contact@sr22-insurance.co with your submitted phone number, and we stop passing your details on within 15 days. Texting STOP back to us ends every text from that number.

How long we keep it

Form details are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Page logs are kept for 90 days.

Deleting your details

Email contact@sr22-insurance.co with your submitted phone number. We delete your form within 30 days and confirm by email.
